At Sichuan Hongheng Motor Co., Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality micro motors and related products for automotive systems, smart home appliances, medical rehabilitation devices, industrial automation equipment, and UAV applications.
To ensure a smooth purchasing experience, we offer the following return and refund policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:

Quality Issues – The product has manufacturing defects, functional failure, or does not meet the agreed specifications.

Wrong or Inconsistent Product – The received product does not match the model, specifications, or quantity listed in the order.

Transit Damage – The product is damaged during transportation (a valid proof of damage is required).
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Returned products must remain in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging unless the issue is quality-related.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Requests made beyond 30 days after delivery

Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repair

Products that have been modified, dismantled, or altered by the customer

Custom-made or specially customized products (except where defects are confirmed)

Our quality team will respond within 3–5 working days to evaluate the claim and provide instructions for return or replacement.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once the returned product is received, our engineering and quality inspection teams will conduct a full evaluation.
Approval may take 5–10 working days depending on the product type and complexity.
If the product is confirmed to have quality issues, we will provide one of the following solutions:

Replacement with the same model

Repair service
-
Refund (partial or full, depending on the condition)
If no defect is found, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error

7. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange shipment after the returned goods are inspected and approved.
For urgent orders, mutually agreed advance replacements may be arranged depending on inventory availability.
